Sapiens

A well written summary of human history, but not well in the sense of it being accurate. It explains how a lot of our success has come from the way we can join together in believing in something; myths, religion, social constructs, morals. Exploring what strengths aided us in our development as the absolute apex organism on the planet. I found it very engaging and frankly fascinating while reading it, but over the years that followed as I learned that more and more of it fell under some sort of poetic license, I soon lost faith in the author.
